   Holiday House’s Day Services Program offers social, educational and recreational activities to participants. The objective is to encourage growth through meaningful activities that build life skills and friendships.  Participants must receive authorization through the Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) from one of the following: IRIS, Lakeland Care District, or another Family Care Agency.  If you are not found eligible for services, self pay is an option.

   As with our Prevocations Services Program, participants are assigned a Case Manager upon entry into the Day Services program. The Case Manager helps the participant to define personal goals.  A plan is then developed to assist participants work toward these goals.  The personal goals established with the participant are reviewed and revised semi-annually.

   Some activities offered in The Day Services Program include but are not limited to:

*       Community outings

      *       Volunteer opportunities

      *       Leisure activities

      *       Life skills training
